@rain um actually, the uk flag in the top left of another territory's flag can just suggest historical ties to the commonwealth, such as in the case of australia and fiji

@skye i initially wanted to say "part of the commonwealth" until i found what flag this is (but then i discovered additionally that i wouldn't be exactly wrong)
